Cancellation & Return Policy - Cancelled orders within 3 business days of placing the order

1. Order Cancellation You may cancel your order within 3 business days of placement. To cancel, you must notify us via email at sales@morriscollections.com. Cancellations are strictly not permitted after this 3-day window.2. Return Procedure & Shipping If you wish to return your items after the cancellation window has passed, you must manage the return under the following conditions:

• Approved Carriers: Returns must be shipped exclusively through UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
• Return Cost: All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Tracking Notification: You must email your return tracking number to sales@morriscollections.comwithin 5 business days of initiating the shipment.
• Delivery Timeline: Returned goods must arrive at our facility within 10 business days of your return shipping date.
• Return Address: Ship the goods back to the original "ship from" address. This address is listed on your original shipping notification and the carrier waybill received upon delivery.

3. Duties, Taxes, and Tariffs

• Prepayment Required: The customer must prepay all duties, taxes, and tariffs associated with the return shipment.
• Non-Prepayment: If these fees are not prepaid, they will be deducted from your final refund. This deduction will include the outstanding fees plus any handling charges applied by the carrier for settling these costs on your behalf.

4. Refund Calculations Your final refund will equal the full order value minus the following deductions:

• The original outward shipping costs, duties, and tariff fees paid on the initial shipment.
• Any unpaid duties, taxes, or tariff fees from the return shipment (including any courier administration fees).

Return Policy - non cancelled orders (after 3 business days of placing the order):

We have a 10 day return period to return most items (subject to exceptions as detailed below) and a 3-day return notice periodwhich means you have 3 days after receiving your goods to request a return. You will then have 10 days within which to complete your return. The 10 day period is measured from the date of delivery.

If the goods are not received back within the 10 day period then we can not accept the return and can not process a refund. Any goods that we receive after 10 days will be donated to a local charity and there would be no refund to yourself.
