Order Processing Time/Shipping

Once your order is received we will endeavour to process this within 1 - 2 business days and shall endeavour to ship within 2 to 3 business days. In certain instances where an item is out of stock then we will advise when the item will be back in stock. Our shipping time frame is typically 3-4 business days. Our timing estimations are estimates and not contractual terms. If you order is urgent and required by a certain deadline then please advise us before placing the order so that we can supply you with a best estimate on delivery.

The wallpapers featured on our website are all printed in the UK. To ensure the fastest delivery times we ship directly from the UK to customers addresses. Our fulfilment details can be found here.

 

Duties & Taxes

As we ship globally we will not know whether local duties and taxes will apply to your shipment and these would be the responsibility of the receiver to be aware of/pay.

 

Shipping Costs - USA

Shipping costs are displayed at the check-out and are based on current DHL shipping rates.

Should you require expedited shipping from the date of order processing (delivery within 1-2 days) then we a quote will be provided.

 

Shipping Costs - Other Countries

Shipping costs for other countries are displayed at the check-out and are based on the current DHL shipping rates.

 

Local Options/Collections

We are unable to offer a local collection option for goods purchased. This is because many of our goods are sourced from our suppliers outside of our own location and consequently for faster delivery we will ship directly to the customer.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number where by you can then track your shipment at: https://www.dhl.com/global-en/home/tracking.html

You will be able to amend the delivery of your order directly with DHL and if you have supplied a mobile number with your order then a link will be sent by text allowing you to track and amend the delivery of your order.
